How the GoldMine Link works

Up-to-the-Minute Information: View a customer record in GoldMine. With the Link open, ACCPAC information is instantly updated for the customer in GoldMine.

You may also run batch updates to synchronize all records at once. This is useful for running reports through GoldMine.

GoldMine is enhanced: Customer Number, Total Sales, and Open Invoices amount, along with up to ten other data fields are presented immediately.

ACCPAC is enhanced: Because orders are placed directly though the Link, your sales people are not in your accounting software.

Order Entry is enhanced: The GoldMine 'History' is updated with the full order synopsis. The GoldMine opportunity manager is also updated.

The GoldMine Link transfers new account information to ACCPAC's customer master file. A Sales Order screen pops up in GoldMine so you may enter orders (bids) into ACCPAC.

Over 50 options can be configured with switches. These switches control the type of data that is shared between accounting and sales, and they allow source-free customization.
